Loved this show. A good twist on alien shows and movies, focusing more on the societal and emotional impact of the invasion, rather than the explosions and gunfights in the streets. The acting and cinematography is awesome. It starts off a bit slow but past episode 4, all the foreshadowing pays off pretty well. The alien design is very interesting and refreshing to see, and the ending very clearly sets us up for Season 2. If you, like me, are looking for a show that strays from the typical constant action of most modern alien movies, then this is definitely it. Just remember to be a little patient at the start, and pay attention to the information characters collect along the way. It proves quite useful. Looking forward to Season 2!
