Ian Somerhalder is TERRIBLE in this type of role. He really suits the bad guy or an action guy, but this nerdy scientist dad look is NOT it fam. Also the storyline is so UNBELIEVEABLE. Like so you're telling me a research scientist "has a guy" who can fly him to the arctic....but also, why use a guy when you would be going with a scientific team? And then he is still certain he is infected but continues to not be quarantined as he watches others become infected? Not to mention that CHEESE BALL animation when they "vamp out", ugh terrible. This could have been interesting but it's so stupid I can't get through it.
