This is the book that, in combination with Mary Trump’s recent publication, finally makes sense of all the unbelievable insanity spewing from the “leader” of the free world. Michael Cohen confirms everything my gut ever told me was true about Donald Trump (he’s an amoral narcissist willing to do anything to “win”), while putting some rumors to rest (there was probably no pee pee tape).
Cohen’s relentless self-flagellation throughout the book lends credence to the details, and I found “Disloyal” to be an engaging and timely read. It seems he spent his tenure at the Trump Organization lying for the “Boss” and, having been indicted and with his career and reputation in tatters, there seems little reason for him to lie now (unless it’s to extract revenge on Trump).
I really hope more people will read this memoir and that news outlets will spend more time discussing the specifics and interviewing the man who really has the dirt on his former boss.
