I like watching Anna's baking program because she talks you through the process clearly and gives great hints. I was disappointed though that she called the chocolate cake with cherries a blackforest torte.The blackforest cake does not have coffee in it or any chocolate cream and there is cherry liqueur in the cherry mixture. The cake looked lovely and i'm sure it tasted amazing but calling it a blackforest torte was not being true to it's origin.
