In terms of remakes, Footloose is one of the most inoffensive ones out there. It's good to watch in the background, but it doesn't really hold up. Dennis Quaid and Ray McKinnon have strong presences in the movie, overshadowing the teenagers. The biggest flaw the movie has is not doing much to step out from the original movie. It is beat by beat for the original.

A victim of the writer's strike that was just a year or so too soon to survive. Moonlight was an entertaining show with a lot of potential. The chemistry between the cast was impeccable, and it is always a joy to rewatch.
