This was a very well crafted show full of bouts of laughter. My 18 year old and I couldn't get enough. With that being said, I don't know how this qualified for a Y-7 rating on netflix. PG is definitely more appropriate as some topics and scenes may not be processed well by the younger audience. I'd recommend 12 and up. The title means it when it says a tale dark and grimm. Well drawn, written and acted. If this was aimed at a middle to high school audience you might not see as many negative reviews as its quite entertaining but the turn off is who Netflix says its appropriate for. That aside, if you are a teen or adult who likes dark humor & a retelling of old tales you grew up reading you will find this definitely binge worthy.
