We fostered in Southern Illinois for about 7 years - nothing in this documentary surprises me. I have so many many many examples of an abusive, negligent system. Thankfully, one of several caseworkers we encountered was seasoned, professional, hardworking - truly fighting for "the best interest of the child". We need to do better as a society.

Recommended by a friend. Good news is - she loved it! What was this supposed to be - beauty and the beast meets 50 shades? I was bored - I fast forwarded a lot. I don’t want to be that unkind because all of their hard work - they are definitely pleasant to look at - goodish acting - just an overdone/tired storyline - meh
