At times it just feels out of the usual animation movies, and ahead of the ideal story of the time. All the smallest details shown in the movie just makes it look so life like, sometimes its just silence and you'releft to wonder about the characters i love those things about this film. A really heart warming and realistic story of a teenage girl, it brought back a lot of sweet memories of my own past. In the end of the film i was left witha a feeling of a great hopelessness. And i still listen to the Hungarian music from the song sometimes. Its a great film to watch.

One of the very classic of animation movies. Though at times it seemed like a melodrama i never stopped wondering about the characters and the story ahead. A miyazaki masterpiece. Loved the very soundtrack and will watch it over and over again for a million time. So grateful to be able watch it. And a hats off to the one and only miyazaki and his staffs!
