I think the film is great but where it falls a bit flat is when it tries to show Jake's character as a master schemer trying to control many different variables just to get that scoop and feels a bit like building up (quite deliberately) towards the climax.

I am spellbound. Have always been a fan of King but kudos to the cast and director for bringing King's vision to life. Personally I think the rats couldave been used better to amp up the creep factor but overall a great drama-hor..
