Superbly acted story of a father’s love for his daughter, and the terrible repercussions when a child loses both parents at a critical age, that reverberates in adulthood and the capacity to form long term love relationships. Rotten Tomatoes is totally erroneous in its ratings! Crowe and Seyfried put in outstanding, sensitive and deeply emotional performances worthy of an Oscar. Wake up Rotten Tomatoes and get off the smug, violent grandstand movies you laud!
