Ok, so this movie is bad, like really bad. exceedingly bad. But that doesn't mean it isn't a fun(ish) movie. Everything about this is just dumb, from an execution stand point. the costumes and props were, well lacking is the nicest word I could use; the acting wasn't sub par but it wasn't par either (or even good) but it was serviceable for what kind of movie it was; the directing could have been much better but again, its not intended to be a genre defining movie or push any sort of boundaries; the VFX were not as bad as I expected, and I truly expected shitte, so there is that. All in all, if you enjoy a super cheesy, poorly made film, then this is a great one. If you only ever want to watch masterpieces of cinema, then you will never be satisfied with anything, From an idea stand point, I honestly liked it. I won't spoil anything, but suffice it to say, they wove a relatively unique story in a not too absurd way, not great mind you, but good enough to help me suspend disbelief at some of the science and tactics they used from a military stand point. Just sit back and enjoy the stupidity, leave your brain at the door, and forget about all the stupid B.S. that is going on in the world for 90ish minutes.

You have deviated so far from the book that it is not the same, and comely unwatchable for a seck d season. You are bad making a show, you are bad at telling stories, you are bad at convincing people that you know what you are doing. I will not watch a second d season, and I have been waiting for over 25 years for this. Thank you for disappointing me.
