I have always been fascinated by Catherine the Great. I so looked forward to the HBO series. Oh my, what a huge disappointment! Catherine the Great was in her early 30’s when she came to power. No disrespect to Helen Mirren, but she looks like someone who’s in her twilight years, not 33! The story line is weak and disjointed.
