I decided to watch a movie that had an all African American (Black) cast. Many of the films I’ve watched lately have an all white cast which although talented as they may be, became boring to watch.
I hit the jackpot with “The Piano Lesson”.
It was everything and more than I expected it to be.
In a nut shell, I loved the intensity of the actor’s sentiments, the history, the spooky thrills, and most of all the family values it brought me back to when I was a child.
Thank you Mr. S.J. (Doaker) you reminded me of my dad, so calm cool and collected. God bless you for sharing that love.
I will watch it a second time, because the version of the English language spoken was confusing to me.
Please make more movies like this one.
Que Viva mi familia morena.
Proud to be a Puerto Rican American!
