I watched this to completion on Apple TV+ and I have to say I was delightfully surprised. It was a really good cartoon with some good moral lessons in the story. Fear is always the motivating forced behind brutality. That which we don't understand we fear, and that which we fear we hate and seek to destroy. This animated movie teaches that we don't have to fear that we should seek to understand first and foremost.

At first I shunned the show because it reminded of that stupid series game of thrones. But after binge watching "Lost in Space, Season 2" also from Netflix I got bored and decided to give "The Witcher" a try. I got sucked in after about two episodes. It started really slow at first and I was not sure I wanted to finish the series but by the time Yennifer arrived on the scene I was hooked.....what a babe! The diaglogue especially among the mages is a bit hard to follow. It's like a hybrid of Old English and modern English from the wharves of London. Both are barely understandable but I can get enough of the dialogue to follow the story's plot line.
