Don't listen to those fake fans/FOMOs. True DA fans know this is a PIXAR game, not a Bioware game let alone Dragon Age.

I always play in ironman/hardcore/hardest difficulty in any strategy RPG game. This is definitely WORSE than DOS2 or any similar strategy RPG game since this has a LOT of party wipe/instant game over mechanics that haven't been explicitly warned, not to mention it only take 2 of your main party member to die to game-over, which is totally absurd. The difficulty should still be first-runner friendly since not everybody has the time to play the second time.

How did they come over the name Banner-"Lord" when you couldn't even command your siege engine to target a damn thing, or forcefully take your fief as your own clan, or order your other party around. They should have called this Banner-"Idle" or something.

Developing an entirely different game then embedded it with a particular franchise does not automatically make it fit into that franchise. This is like comparing that "particular" Joker actor with the rest of Joker actors.
