I am disgusted that you would get rid of Jason. He is a very valuable member of the team. As much as Charlie is a nice guy, he has not got Jason’s Qualities . Don’t know who does the hiring and firing there. , this time is a definite blunder. Reinstate Jason or your Ratings will drop .
