Honestly, this movie deserves an oscar. Any movie that can make me cry, laugh, and put me on the edge of my seat in a theatre is a 10/10 in my book. I'm African, and I do look out for accents in movies that attempt to portray Africa. And to be quite honest, I was surprised that they did pretty well with it! Including Viola. I was impressed. And to allow Africans to play Africans in an African-based movie is the smartest move in Hollywood, it then feels authentic. The plot is just so immaculately done, the actresses acted the living daylight out of that movie. To the point where everything felt real, I forgot it was a movie. I had post-movie blues for days cause that was all I could think about. I'm definitely seeing this movie again and again and again. I just need to get over the certain loss in the movie (ifykyk).

I came here after watching Vicenzo. I was so drawn to Song Joong-Ki's acting, I was looking for any other show he acted in. And I must say, I wasn't disappointed. He is really funny and serious at the same time. And the bromance between him and Jin Goo was off the charts! The storyline is beautiful. Not many k-dramas have made me cry, laugh, be embarrassed, etc, in the space of a 5 mins scene haha. This show is phenomenal! It was a perfect balance of action, thriller, romance, comedy, you name it. I also love the inclusion of other races, it must have been extra work trying to read lines in a language the actors are not too fluent in. I saw this in Vicenzo and Space Sweepers(the movie) too, so I am really happy with the production team Song Joong-Ki works with. The female leads in the shows and movie I mentioned above are really really strong characters, I'm so proud of them! I love strong and independent female leads. Honestly, I would love to meet this man someday. I have crazy respect for him and his production team.

This is my first ever review on a K-drama. I literally just ended the series like yesterday, but I find myself going back to it. That is how captivating the show is. I originally came here for Park Hae-Jin's super dope acting, but then I fell in love with Jo Bo Ah too! Their chemistry is superb! The other actors did such a great job! I could honestly relate to all of them. A few scenes got me laughing though. The nature scenes make me want to visit the forest. And I love how they bring to light issues like the need to protect forestry and the lives of the people living around. I'm just in awe, its gonna take a while to get over the drama haha
