Well, well. well. I borrowed a copy from a certain library back in the seventies and as soon as I started reading it, only sleep and meal- times kept me away from it. I had it for 14 years and would read it time and again. Eventually, it got stolen and I do not know how to acquire another copy. I want to write a novel based on my experiences in the village way back in the sixties and some portions of what is reflected in Ritter's book is identical with my village. Remember, there are Ngunis here, whose ancestors came with Zwangendaba. I'd do anything to have that book. Its style is simply magic. Just sad Ritter did not leave us with more such literature. No other book has captivated me like Shaka Zulu by E.A Ritter if I am to except the Bible. I will share more in due course. Please let's constantly keep touch and if there is a guild of ea ritter, may I join.
