A pure gothic fiction. (No spoilers below)
The story has ghosts, each with its tragic back-story; it contains romance, and everything that comes in between. The story of a middle-aged woman who has to solve the mysteries of her past with a Victorian boy, now her age, in order to save him from his trauma, and release the sad and vengeful spirits of Thorne Manor.
A Stitch in Time is a carefully crafted story with just the right amounts of everything gothic. It was surely a delightful listen.

Although the plot is a bit less gripping than its predecessor, the amazing visuals, songs, and emotions make up for that fact. The film has quite a few deep metaphorical meanings and messages.
