Pretty good, the movie was better. Writing is a little preachy but great acting and sets. Good photography and flowed well overall. Sad there won't be more but we need to appreciate TV/movies that aren't 7 seasons/chapters long and jumps the shark over and over and over just to make money. Sometimes less is more:)

Overall a good beginning! As far as sci-fi/horror goes its one of the best new series I've seen this year. In a genre that is historically and sadly predictable on screen compared to print, it teases at bigger things to come which I like. And anything diving into Lovecraft is also a plus.

I really like this movie, it was queit and dark at times, riddled with violence and gangster fun. It was a different movie and many mainstream critics poo poo'd it. Could've been faster paced and maybe more interaction with the American mob.
