I cannot. Every time. Words fail.
But in all honesty, what else would one expect with Sarah J. Maas' work? This book had me on an emotional roller coaster, which isn't all that surprising, considering the content of the Throne of Glass series and the ACOTAR series.
Let's just say that Sarah has this innate ability to bring her characters to life. To make the reader want to root for the protagonists and to violently abhor the very existence of the antagonists.
Once more, Sarah has created a master piece that will forever linger in my soul. I can't wait for the next book in this series to come out, should Sarah decide to write more of it. I'm sincerely hoping she will, because Bryce and Hunt (along with a plethora of other characters) have now ingrained themselves along the very fabric of my soul, along with Aelin, Rowan, Feyre, and Rhysand. Not to mention the dozen other characters from those two series alone.
