Entertaining. The theme of the movie reminds me of Rabindranath Tagore's book "Nauka dubi". And Hindi movie " Gunghat" starring Bina Rai. Obviously modified to create two brides. Times and technology to rescue the brides have changed.

i read this play long time ago nearly 50 years ago. i am also physician. i was very impressed. the line "strongest man in the world....." i remember it even now. in a recent musing of mine, an essay i referenced this quote. To make sure i checked it on the Google to verify. I was very happy with myself that i was so right even after 50 years. That is how impressed i was
