This is a typical cringe plot movie. Zoey has to juggle two different stressful tasks and lo and behold everything falls apart. It is painful being able to predict every bad thing that happens and not to mention the unrealistic things that happen to drive the plot. On top of that, you also have subtle political messaging too. There is this lip reading gag where the writers felt it was appropriate to slip in how they felt about the patriarchy, along with making literally every male character completely unlikeable. Yet we are supposed to root for Zoey who is equally as selfish, if not more, than any of them. Idk man. No wonder why writers don't get paid

This show is just drama. Maybe some people are into that but the first episode is very misleading for a sci-fi film. It's not a typical story of someone who has super powers. It's a story of a girl who has super powers for one episode, then spends the rest of the season just crying and confused. That is all it is. The sex scenes make me cringe too. Is it sad that Clay is my favorite character in the show? I just think that he plays his character the best. The episodes very dragged out and it gets boring sometimes and I get distracted by something because playing with a ball of yarn I have on my desk is more entertaining than some of the dragged out scenes in this show. It is painful to watch because you are wanting something to happen with Henry and Clay and maybe for her to use her powers once again, but no. It seems like all she ever does is cry and be depressed all the time and it gets really tiring to watch every time. This show has an interesting concept but the execution was not good. I feel like the show would've been far better if the episodes were 20-30 minutes and each episode would trim out the filler parts of the episode. Just my thoughts and opinions. I was really hoping this show would be more.
