The Netflix original show outerbanks has exceeded my expectations . When I first saw it pop up on my screen in 2020 I thought it was just a typical teen drama tv show like any other show but it is so much more than that. I have never felt such an emotional attachment to a show. I am only 12 and I can see that this show is by far my favourite. It gives us an idea on each characters backstory, like how Sarah feels like she is trapped in a kook lifestyle, how Pope has his future planned out for him even tho he knows it won’t happen, how kiara is a POGUE yet her parents don’t want her to be, the pain rafe went through, how John b lost his dad and made an adventurous journey to find the gold and popes family’s cross and how JJ was abused by his father yet is a very special teenage boy. Personally my favourite characters are JJ maybank and kiara carrera. I cannot wait for season 3 and by far out of season 1 and 2, season 2 was my favourite. I can’t wait for the characters to explore many things. -GM
