I didn't know much about Phyllis Schlafly before watching the series but regardless, it gave me a broader understanding of the Equal Right Amendment and how we got to the Godless and chaotic society we have today. It all started innocently enough with "allowing us" women to work, like we really wanted that. It sounds like Ms. Schlafly was a bit egotistical and while I have no reason to think otherwise, she was on point on what could happen if and when such amendment passed
