This is disturbing! An unfortunate mishandling of beloved characters. I love the ability long running shows have to adapt and become something new over time; this is not that. A poor attempt to appeal towards a satirical adult audience, rather than a family show, through vulgarities and cynicism. Main characters are now horrible and unpleasant. The creator of this show tried to hard to appear "modern" while appealing to adult audiences in the worst way for viewers. At the expense of love for the mystery gang everyone has come to have over the shows long run. I've seen some of the different cheesey 'B' movies from the Scooby Doo franchise and any of them would land batter than this work of garbage! Think of this show as more of a bad parody, rather than a mystery gang adventure.

Such a horrendously bad movie. There were a couple of quick jokes, too few and far between. The added singing did nothing to help the story or provide comedic relief. A lot of unnecessary filler and pulp. No good running gags throughout. Cheap expressions of what is an attempt at snappy humor. Honestly the most amount of sense this movie made was when the robbery detective asked the kids why they weren't in school; not related to the suspension of disbelief but mostly because they might actually learn how to be funny. Unsarcastic, nonsnappy, gag lacking, slow, missed it's mark, perishable attempt at comedy. The plot is what kept this movie going for me. If I couldn't get a good laugh out of this, then at least I could find interest in the wild goose chase for a MacGuffin to solve a mystery.

Amazingly funny satirical drama. Worth a watch. The movie sets up a lot of tropes about the filming industry, adds some over the top ridiculous situations as it builds, then knocks down expectations using human treats as the comedic catalyst for how anyone might lose their mind in pandemic isolation. I've seen the acting called whiny in a review. But for a bottle satire that is kind of the point; they're losing their minds after all. If you follow any of these familiar actors then you know they are far from whiny. This movie is essentially showing, on screen, releasing all the tension of being trapped in a global pandemic through satire. If you have ever been in a real world situation where their was a bubble culture, then you know how literally unreal it can begin to feel. It was fun to see this played out by a handful of actors and comedians. Each staying true to their characters motivations, even as personalities collide. Really was a hilarious performance that shows the wide range of the actors. Over-the-top, fun, pandemic stress reliever.

I trust Will Robinson and also believe this is The End, of chapter one. Now that the conclusion of this story has arrived, I'm desperately curious to see what stories emerge beyond being literally Lost in Space. I feel like any spinoff where the characters can get comfortably, be it metaphorically, lost in the wonders of space exploration would be deserving of this exciting adventures expandable universe. The ball is in your court Netflix. I get that this series has ended; but there is a fair amount of content which an already existing fan base could rally behind! I trust Will Robinson will return.

Absolute garbage movie for so many reasons. Childhood ruined. I grew up watching Clifford and there is a lot of really great Clifford content that exists. This movie went in the crude and vulgar humor direction. If you aren't sure what I mean, think live action cat in the hat "humor." The number one issue is the uncle. Yes the uncle is meant to be a shady not great guy but there are plenty of ways to portray a disagreeable character in a children's movie without making them a criminal who does their best to break the law every other scene while convincing their niece to do the same. A few things the uncle does to hurt the Clifford franchise: lies to a meter officer to scam his way out of a parking violation, stick his hands down his pants to smell his fingers to find out how bad he smells since he hasn't showered in days, lies to his sister, encourages his niece to lie to her mom/his sister, blames Emily Elizabeth for how he is taking care of her while her Mom is away, finds excuses to deflect what he believes is his niece committing theft of an animal, encourages his niece to cut school, encourages his niece to commit breaking and entering so she can then commit theft of information from a school computer, basically kidnaps one of Emily Elizabeth's friends. That's just one bad character! There's plenty of crude jokes and criminally positive behavior in this movie to stay with kids for a lifetime. Combined with weak plot designed to play on bits and gimmicks rather than actual storytelling. Cliche bad person learns the error of their ways story with a bunch of low quality CGI red dog filler. Emily Elizabeth has her own sub plot of finding her voice but is overshadowed by the fact that she always seems to speak her mind, and trys to stay true to herself, but actually is just being ignored by everyone until the end. Literally makes it clear that everyone is actually ignoring her opinions until she is standing in front of a news camera and social media live streaming. Like saying to kids "whatever you have to say isn't important until you upload it for everyone to see online." What an important message to send to kids that just hate being ignored by irresponsible and malicious adults. The other important lesson being "if there's something that you want but can't have, you should try to steal it or lie to get what you want." Had to stop a little more than halfway, then skipped forward for any highlights. This movie is easily unimportant and a blatant cash grab on older viewers nostalgia; as most of the fan fare is in the trailer just to get viewers to buy a ticket or start a subscription for P+. Viewer beware, not a family friendly movie at all.

Fatman is the Santa Claus movie for adults that we all deserve this Christmas! Great steady build all the way until the moment of apex. The characters are so literal about the world they exist in; there are no cheap effects or attempts at cliche jokes. Really makes you believe the government is concealing the identity of a secret Santa somewhere up north. Naughty or Nice this Christmas you will find Fatman to be a new holiday favorite.

Wow!! That was fun. Dorkable, but fun. A critic said that it wasn't an original story; okay, seems like the studio put a lot of effort into making a genuinely fun and enjoyable experience. I appreciate the effort that was made in telling the story because it was well acted, wonderfully paced, and wasn't overdoing anything. So even if the story seems familiar, it can certainly be said that the studio told it well. Great kids movie, good family movie, would definitely recommend. I can't wait to see Sonic 2 some day. (Only note I have is they could have left out the opening introduction "jump-to" and narration)
