I've always been a fan of romance novels, evidenced by hundreds, if not a thousand books in my bookshelves that I bought in Amazon since 1995. Transforming Julia Quinn's book into a movie was wonderfully surprising delight, the movie did not disappoint!! I already watched it 3 times, the whole series, I watched 3 times!! Unprecedented in my life! I'm hooked, Shonda Rhimes - you have fulfilled my every fantasy in a romance movie! The Bridgertons titillates, is passionate, sexy, hilarious and of course utterly romantic!!

The spectacle, the gallantry and valliantry, greed for power, political intrigue, love and sacrifice, all woven into one in this glorious epic film! It did not disappoint!
