Will Smith absolutely understood the assignment in every way. He handled this role with care. The amount of determination Richard Williams had to make sure his daughters were respected is amazing. There are two scenes in this movie that stand out to me. 1.when Child Protective Services come to their home and 2. After the gang members beat him up and he’s talking to the girls in the van. I also give credit to the actress that played Oracine Williams, she was phenomenal as well. Great cast all around.
