Good series. My only criticism is why did they portray the author rebecca godfrey as a lesbian? when she was nothing of the sort. she was straight. What is the TV and movie's world obsession with having to have lesbians and gays overload on every show and film. It's not a true reflection of the world. for example only 6% of the UK population is of the LGBTQ community. Yet every UK TV show or movie have the minimum of at least 2-3 gay couples. And this series was even worse as it's meant to be based on a true story and the author is a real person but totally lied about her sexuality. Ridiculous. It took the gloss off a very good series. And because of that i only gave it 3 stars.

They seemed to just drag it out so they could make 10 episodes as most TV series seem to want to have a minimum of 8-10 these days but because of that a lot of TV series seem to just have filler episodes. If they had made into 5 action packed ep then maybe it could have been good but it just fizzled out after about 4. When it started well and had potential to be decent. But then they just dragged their heels to get to the end of it.

disjointed. he jumps from one timeline back to enough and then back again. a good read tho. but i think he would have been better writing a part one, two and maybe even three. because he barely touches on his time in nirvana really and any other part of his life. its like a cd were someone keeps skipping tracks. but still Grohl's euthusiasm and energy shines through to make it a decent read.
