From the author.
This book is intended to shine light on bipolar disorder, and what people coping with the mental illness may experience. One of my most memorable days living with bipolar disorder, described in this book, was believing I was helping to raise the dead in a church in Knoxville, Tennessee. We who live with bipolar disorder can relate to each other, and begin to understand and empathize about the tactile and visual hallucinations we can go through. This book is a conversation starter; it’s important to share stories.
