I purchased the g-plan program for a month. They overcharged me and not will not give me my money back. Their overall customer service, Ashley, was very rude and did not help. This was not a thing of me buying this program then not wanting it, I never purchased this program, to begin with. I know that this program has helped people in the past but it is not how I run my life. I was also promised a refund at the time of purchase. I just want my money back. Since they are not providing that I want to warn anyone who is thinking about purchasing anything from this Dr. Philip Goglia. be warned that they do not have good customer service and they will most likely take money from you without approval. I want everyone to know whom they are dealing with.
