No it is not a war movie. Not a spy one too.
All of above had violence and war as their core,
but this one is pure nationalistic revenge and
you wait for some decades for it to deliver.
Revenge is best when serve chilled.
It doesn't have all of them but some.
Oscar, wait Bollywood has grown.
Go check your souls.
