I honestly love all the things were TRYING to do with this show, like the romance and darker themes. But, it's just all off, for starters, Aisha in this one was kind of white washed, the edges weren't going to mask the fact that everything she was saying and doing was a white thing to do. I said it. Also, I've pictured Musa, which I think they tried to do with Elisha Applebaum, to be of Asian descent, if she is and I'm wrong so be it. Either way, the show was made in 2000's so only one poc was actually emphasized but this is 2021, we should've learned better by now. If you wanted to take out characters, you could've added some as well, which you've clearly done, but somehow it didn't make it through the grapevine of countless poc actors. We're supposed to be taking steps forward, not back. Taking us back to the 2000s would've been a good idea if done right. Also; fashion. Was not for it.
