I watched the segment on National Hair Day. Why, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, when many women are faced with losing their hair due to cancer, the focus that a woman’s hair is their crown of glory? I know the segment had a combination of women going for their goals; which tried to soften the focus of great hair. Although October 1 is National Hair Day, I feel it was an inappropriate representation of what is important to women; especially when so many are facing the loss of their hair during a tough struggle for life.
