Gargi Punathil

Loved the movie! Kunchacko Boban has come a long way from his college hero days and I just feel so proud. The characters, the story and of course, the humor hit all the right notes. The language and the simplicity endeared the movie all the more to me. A lot of the cast are new (I definitely didn't recognize any of them) but seemed like seasoned actors.

Had a lot of expectations and the movie did not live up to any of it. It is beautifully shot and the actors (Pranav? Not really) have all done a great job but the lack of a plot and depth is something you cannot really get over. The movie is a combination of cliche scenes, scenarios and characters that are supposed to tug at your heartstrings. The songs are nice, some of them might even make it to that playlist that is forever. Vineeth is probably a good director (and singer, actor etc.) but maybe scriptwriting is not his forte.
