Apart from his seemingly impossible achievements, the film also gives you beautiful glimpse inside the dorky, weird, melancholic and lonely personality of Alex Honnold. I just loved Alex for the kind of person he is. And I just loved this film. That is why it won Oscar for Best Documentary in 2018. It certainly deserved it.

City of God is a film of maddening brilliance. Breathtaking cinematography. Flawless editing. A film that will just sweep you away with its images and dialogues and a kind of random and eccentric rhythm.
