I PRE-PAID for this book before it came out on the market! I received an email stating it was in the mail and NEVER received it!! I reached out several times, saying I never received the book and they never responded, never sent the book! NOTHING!! BUT, they DID receive payment!!
NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!!!
