Two star because atleast acting was superb and such a low rating because the director has a very skewed way of thinking for plotting the story using Hindu religion .. the exact plot might be reality for only a very small portion of Indian society I think less than 5% in the current age .. first of all the title is not appropriate at all.. this is a story in any patriarchal society anywhere in the world.. All men who still believe to treat women to just kitchen should definitely change and spit themselves on their face.. that’s a good take away from the movie.. women (specifically wives, mothers) should start telling their men, boys at home to share balanced responsibility in home chores, financial earning and children upbringing. In India such movies can be made by criticizing Hindu religion but cannot dare to potray a similar story with Islam or Christianity.. Even though Netflix or Prime has freedom to screen any movie, I respect them for not encouraging such content.
