This book is one of the greatest tools I use with my clients.
It really wakes them up to the negative thinking and self-talk that they are often consumed with. It demonstrated how they can replace all the negative thinking with positive thinking in order to turn their lives around and move into loving themselves more. They can begin to live life in joy. I do like also the script which is a prayer. I highly recommend this book.
