What on earth is with the penalties?! Absolutely rubbish!! Free kicks aren't much better. You need to spend some time on the decisions too, every single foul i commit seems to be yellow card worthy. Spend some time sorting out the lower league players and look at adding something more realistic. Years ago you could select ticket prices, something like this. Maybe even build you're own team, enter into the league, manage the stadium, build expansions on stadiums, ticket prices, there's so much you could do with this game but it feels like year after year you expect us customers to pay top pound for the game with what seems like extremely little time inputted.
