If you have never read the books, the TV series is okay. Having read the books for years, I was severely disappointed. They jump around the the story here and there, introduce characters that aren’t supposed to be introduced, place people in storylines that aren’t even in the book as well as create storylines that don’t exist. The actors do well for what it is, but it’s definitely not what I imagined. I was extremely excited when I discovered that they were adapting it to films and it definitely does not do the books the justice they deserve.
