Gutwrenchingly heartbreaking & moving, wildly put together exactly the way Ellis’s magic is made, Ellis Park is a testiment to his father, and the extraordinary Femke den Haas (her dark deepset eyes steeped in compassion) & her team in Sumatra who rescue, care for and release (if possible) abused animals & birds. Ellis overflows with heart, as we know when we watch and listen to his music. This is also a testiment to him as a generous and remarkable down to earth while in the ethers musician & man. What a hugger too. And Nina Simone’s gum filters throughout.
