Pro: The Create-A-Sim and Build Mode features are such a huge improvement for the entire Sims franchise and trump any other game thus far. The soundtrack and presense of MySims items pay homage to the earlier franchises and spin-off games of the Sims series. Con: Extremely buggy with downgraded features compared to Sims 2 and 3. Also, the current EA Sims team didn't fully grasp the essence of the Sims franchise, ignored the international Sims community that span to the year 2000, and requires a player to spend a total of $349.91 USD (tax and shipping not included in price) in order to purchase all features designed for the game. Solution for Custumers: Purchase earlier Sims games (1-3) and/or learn how to play the game smoothly with custom game modifications (mods) and custum content (cc). Don't forget that you'll need additional game performance cheats and the ability to decrapify, compress, and merge any custom content files you download (modthesims site will help you). Also, either don't purchase or be very selective if you consider buying the Sims 4 expanion or stuff packs given their prices. To EA and the Sims Developers: Remastering the Sims 2 with Sims 3 graphics, openworld, and personality traits in additon to Sims 4 Create-A-Sim and Build Mode features for Sims 5 would be a dream! Also designing the game to better adapt future computer updates would be great.
