I loved it until the end. When all nine chefs said to take a risk and it should be rewarded, then when it came down to the final choice the American threw his morals away and became a nationalist. He then threw Mark Best under the bus by saying his pigeon was not riskworthy yet Timothy said he had cooked his cod and clams in his restaurant before. I must congratulate Timothy for the win but I truly believe Mark and Darren were undermined by American nationalism.
