I definitely think it's better to read the book before watching the movie, especially the end of the book where the author explains what they (Maren, Lee, Sully, etc) are. I, personally loved the movie. It's so well done, and the cinematography is just amazing. Luca is brilliant, and the actors really brought Camille DeAngelis's work to life. I loved how detailed the horror/cannibalism elements were, and as weird as it might sound, this movie was a huge comfort to me. 100% recommend it!

I put off watching the show for a while, as I do with most shows that are hyped up on social media. However, one day, my boredom mixed with my mild curiosity prompted me to watch the show. It was overwhelming, in both a good and bad way. I was surprised by the nudity and realness of the show. The producers didn't shy away from heavy topics such as drug addiction and mental health. I felt really comforted by the show, in a twisted way. Whilst my life is drastically different from the lives of the teenagers in the show, certain things they did made me relate to them. You could see throughout the episodes as each character grew or had their own arc. Everyone was so different and interesting, with complex personalities and backstories that can still be expanded upon in the next season. Euphoria is truly a great show, really.
