Keyboard Warrior

I think the hate for this movie stems from deciding that it has to be one "or the other" It's taken as a "boring thriller/serial killer flick " or an "uninspired look at passing into the afterlife. The real fun of this film is being just as lost as the characters,(+ the gorgeous shot compositions) Is this symbolism, a manifestation of grief, or the horrifying reality?
