I loved this show when Steve Harvey was hosting. He had good interaction with the kids, always had a great punchline and timing. McCarthy is a good actress/comedian, but she is boring as hell as the new host of the show. The kids are adorable but her interaction with them does not seen natural, genuine. There are also a lot of unnecessary silliness in the show, like the when McCarthy went on a "stationary" bike tour of the US with two cute English cyclist. It was so boring, so silly that I switched channel. I don't think I'll watch it again.
