I agree with Jonathan Pryce: it should be called The Husband. Did not want to watch this because of the title, finally did since I admire Glenn Close and Meg Wolitzer. You should try a re-release with the other title. It really is about the man's failings and triumphant ego. The woman is subservient and remains so even after the Nobel and her desire to leave the marriage. How many times do we all want to leave and not leave in a long relationship?! WONDERFUL entertaining hours with memorable inspiring ideas left beyond the watching.
