A Promised Land is very well written and holds your interest entirely. President Obama provides great insight on his first term as President. There is so much that went on behind the scenes that none of us knew about prior. From bailing out the banks and auto industry, to his healthcare plan, to withdrawing our troops from Afghanistan, President Obama delivers his most truthful account of each crisis and how he handled each with support from both democrats and republicans. For me, this book further reinforces what an intelligent, incredibly articulate, humble man Mr. Obama is. He is the best President of our generation.
