Oh My God. Talk about childhood destroyed. Devastated. Mutilated. Please don’t watch if You have mad respect for the original. It’s painfully off-script, the heart isn’t in it. This would’ve actually worked if they went completely by the original script. The timing and ways and tones when they said things was off, it just ended and no one clapped. The music was terrible. I think I died with this movie, I literally now have to go home and rewatch the old original in order to cleanse myself of this monstrosity. Why did I do this to myself? No, why did they do this to us?
